Are you an experienced Aircraft Mechanic with extensive Falcon experience?

If so come explore this great opportunity to be the liaison with customers within an assigned territory and provide immediate technical assistance (onsite/phone/fax) to Customers.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
• Assisting customers to troubleshoot, analyze and then recommend corrective action for aircraft discrepancies
• Visiting and phoning all customers with assigned territory
• Suggesting product improvements that will enhance aircraft operations
• Providing guidance and informal training to the customers and Authorized Service Centers
• Completing Customer Contact Reports to document/report malfunctions, maintenance difficulties, corrective actions etc.
• Completing all required surveys, expense reports, incident reports and all other required documentation in a timely manner

Successful candidate will possess a minimum of five (5) years experience in Falcon Jet maintenance (current models), preferably in a Field Service Representative role, along with a valid A&P License or equivalent license from other countries. Advanced MS Office skills will be required. Exceptional customer service, communications and attention to detail skills are expected. The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment will be key. Flexibility of personal work schedules and the ability to travel worldwide will be required. IA Certification, Avionics knowledge along and with the ability to speak/read/write Chinese will be very helpful, but not required.
