Supervisors need 5-10 yrs experience in a related maintenance position, with some experience managing, supervising and directing workgroups

Managers need 5-10 yrs experience in a related maintenance management position.

Experience with a Tier 1 or 2 supplier, airline or MRO is a huge plus.
