Potential violations happen every day, and maintenance regulations are constantly changing.

The PAMA Legal Services Plan will provide legal representation to an FAA-certificated mechanic, repairman, or non-certificated employee of an FAA-certified Air Agency.

The plan includes:

• Unlimited telephone consultation
• Attorney fees for representation during an FAA investigation
• Assistance with written statements, documents and interview preparation
• If needed, witness interviews, tape reviews, additional investigation, appeals, and representation at trial.

Legal Services Plan Fees

• $69 per year protects members with a Repairman Certificate or non-certified members performing aviation maintenance functions as an employee of an Air Agency.
• $99 per year protects members with A/P certificates
• $129 per year protects members exercising priviledges of an IA
