All sponsors of the PAMA Northeast Airworthiness Symposium agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment:
For sponsorships, a minimum of half the amount owed must be paid 30 days prior to the event and the remainder 7 days prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in reduced promotional opportunities and/or being turned away from the event.

Cancellation Policy
By signing the Sponsorship Contract, all sponsors and exhibitors have committed their said company to the symposium payment. Any changes will result in a forfeit of all fees.

Use of Space
No sponsor shall sublet, assign or share part of the amenities and/or space allocated to him/her without the written consent of the PAMA Symposium Committee Chairs.
